EASYTOGOLF ACADEMY · COACHING & AI SUPPORT
Learn with Steve in Las Terrenas. Get guidance from AI software between lessons. Keep working on your swing back home: the academy maintains its relationship with each student long after their stay.
Understand recurring revenue ↓A COACH. ONGOING SUPPORT.
Steve guides learning, explains corrections and sets priorities. The AI software is intended to analyse the student’s movement and suggest corrections during practice between lessons or after their stay.
Students can keep practising without waiting for their next appointment. Digital support complements the coach’s teaching and maintains a connection with the academy, even from their home country.
Intended functionality as described by the project founders. The software and its detailed features remain to be confirmed with the provider; diagnostic accuracy and individual progress are not guaranteed.

THE STUDENT JOURNEY
Steve observes the player, explains the fundamentals and helps identify areas to work on. Individual lessons and introductory courses help players start or improve.
The student practises with AI software: movement analysis and corrective guidance support training between sessions with the coach.
Players can keep their AI subscription from home. Their club membership may end while digital support and the academy’s commission continue.

A KEY POINT FOR INVESTORS
Every active AI subscription attributed to EasyToGolf generates a monthly commission for the academy, even when the player has returned home.
AI programme price charged to the player
Recurring commission for EasyToGolf per active player
Academy revenue per player retained for 12 full months
The business plan allocates US$6 to the academy and US$24 to the provider. Only the US$6 commission is recorded as EasyToGolf revenue. Payments, player attribution, fees and continuation terms must be confirmed in the contract.
A CUSTOMER BASE BEYOND THE CLUB
Lessons and stays gradually build a community of players supported remotely. Their AI subscriptions use neither simulator hours nor restaurant seats.
This revenue can make the business less dependent on tourists being physically present. Growth relies on new subscriptions and subscriber retention, not just club capacity.
Commissions are academy revenue, not net profit or guaranteed dividends. Additional human coaching must be priced and organised separately.

WHAT THE BUSINESS PLAN ALREADY INCLUDES
The model targets 10 new post-stay subscribers per reference month, adjusted for seasonality, with 95% monthly retention. These are commercial assumptions.
Starting with no remote subscribers, the simulated cohort reaches an expected 93.9 subscribers in December, generating around US$563 in commissions that month.
Post-stay student commissions are already included in the annual revenue forecast of US$951,393. They must not be added again.
* The 12-month figures assume a constant subscriber count with no cancellations; they illustrate potential and are not added to the forecast. The 60 on-site members in the reference month separately generate US$360 in monthly commissions. A player is never counted as both on site and post-stay at the same time.
